The continuous cast iron grates allow for even heat distribution and maximum stability of cookware mobility over a recessed enamel cooktop cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. The cumulative capacity 8.64 cu. ft. double gas ovens with a total broil and bake output of 64,000 BTU, encased in black enamel interiors and tempered 3-layer glass oven door windows. . Included are 4 electroplated oven racks, 2 reversible griddles, concave wok-ring and LP conversion kit.
