Bosch Teppanyaki is designed to sear food in the front part while keeping it warm in the rear. Based on the method of preparation used in Japanese cuisine, which is to sauté the dish and then keep it warm. It's designed for FlexInduction zones with multiple FlexInduction zones. For maximum heat dispersion, the tray is built of Multilayer material with an aluminum core surrounded by two stainless steel layers. Potholders or oven mitts should always be used since the handles might get hot. Allow your Teppanyaki to cool completely after each usage.
