If a return is approved, the refund will reflect: Full product value, Minus shipping charges, Minus any applicable restocking fees.
Orders that received bundle or promotional pricing will be recalculated at standard pricing if part of the order is returned. Any discount adjustments will be applied before refunding. Management reviews all cases individually.

The Chatham vanity collection embraces the classic Shaker style with refined elegance. Our popular Chatham collection is available in a diverse selection of colors and sizes that provide a variety of options. This unit is equipped with a solid wood, custom-sized tipout storage tray. A hardwood rollout drawer with full-extension soft-close undermount slides is situated beneath the adjustable shelf in the cabinet. Extra storage on this unit is provided by three dovetail drawers on either side of the cabinet. This Chocolate vanity is adorned with Jeffrey Alexander's Cordova collection of knobs in Satin Nickel. All slides and hinges are soft-close. Vanity measurements: 48" W x 21-1/2" D x 35" H. This 49" Boulder Cultured Marble vanity top is designed to fit 48" center bowl vanities. Grey mid-tones and flecks of white blend to create a warm, deep grey visual texture that is reminiscent of majestic boulders glistening in the bright sun. The center rectangle cutout is sized to fit our undermount rectangle vanity bowl. Three holes are cut for an 8" widespread faucet, and a 4" tall backsplash is included. This vanity top is designed to overhang ½" on each side and in front of the vanity. Top measurements: 49" W x 22" D x 25 mm H. Backsplash dimensions: 49" W x 25 mm D x 4" H. Some assembly required. Faucet not included.
