If a return is approved, the refund will reflect: Full product value, Minus shipping charges, Minus any applicable restocking fees.
Orders that received bundle or promotional pricing will be recalculated at standard pricing if part of the order is returned. Any discount adjustments will be applied before refunding. Management reviews all cases individually.

The Chatham vanity collection embraces the classic Shaker style with refined elegance. Our popular Chatham collection is available in a diverse selection of colors and sizes that provide a variety of options. This unit is equipped with a solid wood, custom-sized tipout storage tray under each bowl. A hardwood rollout drawer with full-extension soft-close undermount slides is situated underneath each adjustable shelf in the cabinets. This Chocolate vanity is adorned with Jeffrey Alexander's Cordova collection of knobs and Bremen 1 pulls in Satin Nickel knobs. All slides and hinges are soft-close. Vanity measurements: 60" W x 21-1/2" D x 35" H. This 61" Steel Grey Cultured Marble vanity top is designed to fit 60" double bowl vanities. Small bits of white and grey merge into a neutral salt-and-pepper finish. This neutral grey is spread evenly throughout, creating an ideal surface. The two cutouts are sized to fit our undermount rectangle vanity bowls. Above each cutout are three holes that are cut for an 8” widespread faucet. A 4” tall backsplash is included. This vanity top is designed to overhang ½" on each side and in front of the vanity. Top measurements: 61" W x 22" D x 25 mm H. Backsplash dimensions: 61" W x 25 mm D x 4" H. Some assembly required. Faucet not included.
