Enjoy the beauty and durability of an American Cherry Pro Prep Block by John Boos. Constructed from American Cherry with a solid end grain, this chopping block top is Cream finished and perfect for food preparation. The solid wood base features a Black Caviar finish. Each side of the table is equipped with flat copper tie bars with three hooks that accommodate pots, pans or dish towels. The lower shelf is slatted American Cherry and provides additional storage space. Available separately is a matching Cream finished American Cherry pot rack. The pot rack features a built-in spice rack and a flat copper tie bar with copper pot hooks. The pot racks in 30 in. and 36 in. widths come with 6 pot rack hooks, while the 24 inch wide pot rack comes with four hooks. An optional 15 inch drawer is also available for all blocks except the 24 in. x 24 in. model.
