Return Policy
You may return most items within 14 days of receipt as long as they are in original, unopened packaging.Certain items are special-order and non-returnable.
If a return is approved, the refund will reflect: Full product value, Minus shipping charges, Minus any applicable restocking fees.
Orders that received bundle or promotional pricing will be recalculated at standard pricing if part of the order is returned. Any discount adjustments will be applied before refunding. Management reviews all cases individually.

| Limited Product Warranty - All Fairmont Designs products are warranted for the period of one year from the date of delivery to the dealer. Repairs will be made through an authorized Fairmont Designs dealer. Warranty is to the original consumer for normal home use against defects in materials and workmanship. An inspection of the product must be done to determine if the defect in question is a result of factory neglect. This warranty does not cover damages which has occurred while in the consumer's possession, which is not attributed to materials or workmanship defects. |
