Delivery and Shipping

Stiebel Eltron Products can be shipped via standard methods using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Very large, heavy, or bulky items (like bathtubs and appliances) as well as large-quantity orders, may require oversized freight delivery, which can add an additonal shipping charge. Return Policy

You may return most items within 14 days of receipt as long as they are in original, unopened packaging.Certain items are special-order and non-returnable.

If a return is approved, the refund will reflect: Full product value, Minus shipping charges, Minus any applicable restocking fees.

Orders that received bundle or promotional pricing will be recalculated at standard pricing if part of the order is returned. Any discount adjustments will be applied before refunding. Management reviews all cases individually.

With its built-in thermostat, a single CNS is perfect as a stand-alone heating system in bathrooms or small rooms. Multiple CNS units can be placed strategically in larger spaces and their temperature settings adjusted individually for maximum comfort control. If desired, CNS Trend heaters may be wired to use a remote line voltage thermostat. Remote thermostats are not recommended for CNS Plus models. CNS heaters use natural convection for draft-free operation. Cool room air flows in the bottom of the unit, is warmed by the heating element, and rises silently out the top to heat the room. The CNS is designed with a frost protection setting. The lowest thermostat setting will maintain an appropriately-sized room above freezing temperatures. Overheat protection is built in.
