Craftsman Cutting Boards
Our Craftsman Series Cutting Boards were inspired by the classical styling of the Craftsman homes of the late 1800’s. and early 1900’s. The Craftsman homes were elegant inside with their interior use of millwork that is just as stunning today as it was over a 100-years ago.
Our Craftsman Cutting Boards are designed and built in the same spirit as these stunning homes. With the sophisticated combination of American Walnut with American Cherry, our boards are visually elegant as well as being “tough as nails” for everyday use. As an added perk, when not in use, they add a classical elegance to your countertop.
Craftsman Drink Rail
Inspired by our Craftsman Series of cutting boards, we have developed this elegant drink rail. The rich walnut is accented by the cherry end caps. Its classical styling makes for quite a statement piece when the drinks are presented to your friends when you are having a party, or to your customers if you are using one of our drink rails at your alcohol related business.
The four staggered recesses are created to accommodate up to 3” wide crystal tumblers, and the center recess was designed to hold up to a 3 ½” bottle or round decanter. Finally, the hand-forged metal twisted handles are installed and cork inserts placed in the recesses.
Craftsman Tasting Rail
These tasting rails are made from a solid 1 ½” x 7 ½” x 22” piece of American Walnut. The elegant graining of walnut creates a luxurious statement piece when the drinks are presented to your customers.
Each tasting rail has a beveled presentation side with chalkboard paint on it so that the drinks can be identified for each tasting glass. The rail is fitted with hand-forged metal twisted handles and cork inserts in the glassware recesses. The rail is then finished with Rubio Monocoat hard wax oil wood protector.
Due to every different business using differing size and style of glassware, each tasting rail is custom made per your sizing request. So, when inquiring about getting tasting rails, we would need the diameter of the bottom of the glassware. The pricing remains the same as the time is the same for drilling that larger or smaller diameter hole for your glassware.
Walnut Sunset Series
Walnut Sunset Cutting Boards
The Walnut Sunset Series of cutting boards bring some color and flair to our cutting board line. With the bright center piece of American Cherry, the sunlight deepens to the stunning red grain of the African Bubinga, then the sunlight sets onto the final layer of classical American Walnut that surrounds the board.
Our Walnut Sunset boards have a visual complexity that differs from the Craftsman boards, but like our Craftsman Series, these boards are “tough as nails” for everyday use. And don’t forget about them adding that magnificent chic to your countertop when not being used.
Our Walnut, African Bubinga and Cherry 1½” x 12” x 18” Walnut Sunset Series Cutting Board is hand-crafted from only the finest hardwood sourced out from our local Langdon, NH sawmill; and they are made to last generations. Each board is thick at 1½” give or take an 1/8”. Wood is a natural material, so if the best quality is a little over or under the 1½”, then that’s the final thickness.

Traditional Collection
Kim’s Oklahoma Sunshine Cutting Boards
For those who want a quality cutting board but do not want to invest as much as our Premium Collection, we offer our Traditional Collection. This collection is constructed as the others build their products. By building in this way, it lessens the material costs and man-hours required to construct each one, thereby significantly reducing the final pricing of the products. What sets our cutting boards apart is that our boards are 1” (+/- 1/8”) thick, not ¾” like most everyone else.
Our Kim’s Oklahoma Sunshine Series Cutting Boards are a special line of boards. These are made in memorandum of Phil’s older cousin Kim Drouin Johnson who lived in Guthrie, Oklahoma. In 2023, Kim unfortunately lost her brief battle with cancer and was taken away from us way too early. The walnut on the board represents the earth that you are standing on, the cherry is the Oklahoma plains, and the maple embodies Kim’s sunshine that lights all of what you see.
