Processing reference for the installation of Grass concealed hinges:

HPL and mineral material: spreading sleeve Ø 5 mm and threaded screw countersunk head M4 x 8 mm:
1. Drill Ø 5 mm drill hole
2. Insert spreading sleeve
3. Put on hinge and fix with screws

Chipboard and MDF: Euro cylinder screw Ø 6.3 x 10.5 mm:
1. Drill Ø 5 mm drill hole
2. Put on hinge and fix with screws

Depending on the type and thickness of the supporting material, the pull out resistance may vary even with the same fixing method.
