The Isenberg Cascade CFB.2150 is a wall-mount, built-in waterfall tub filler and shower head finished in matte black. It installs via a 1/2" NPT connection with an included behind-the-wall installation box, and the fixture itself measures roughly 9" x 6" and sits flush to the wall rather than protruding like a traditional spout.

Water projects approximately 3-5 inches out from the wall in a wide, cascading sheet rather than a narrow stream, so the tub needs to be positioned with that projection distance in mind. This is the fixture only; it's designed to pair with a separate single-output thermostatic or pressure-balance valve and trim to complete the system.
