• ARS (Air Recovery System) Technology – Our patented ARS system makes high-performance kitchen ventilation possible in homes where traditional ducted installations aren't practical. A sophisticated four-phase purification process captures cooking vapors and removes grease, odors, smoke and fine particles before filtered air is returned to the kitchen.
• Advanced Air Purification – It all starts with active cooking vapor capture. Grease is then extracted through centrifugal filtration before air passes through an activated carbon odor filter and, finally, a fine-particle filter that removes smoke, dust and debris.
