General shipping specs

• All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. A physical address is required for UPS and FedEx.
• Transit days for ground shipments and any possible expedited service are business days and do not include weekends or holidays
• NON-Continental United States Require A Custom Quote: This includes APO/FPO, International destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please email sales@poshhaus.com for details, and we will respond with 24 hours with price an appropriate quote so long as the export region is allowable, and approved by the manufacturer.

Shipping costs

• Free Ground Shipping on standard size orders of $99.00
• Free Shipping on Oversized (LTL Freight) orders over $750 (subject to shipping carrier coverage).

Oversized items shipping

• Receiving an oversized shipment is different than receiving a parcel or mail order. You will need to have an adult over 18-year-old present for a scheduled delivery, and they will need to sign for the delivery.
• Oversized freight shipping delivery times vary depending on region, weather, and distance from the shipping terminal. The Delivery Time displayed is projected and will vary depending on the variables of your shipment.
• An appointment MUST be scheduled with the shipping company prior to delivery, and failure to accept the delivery appointment call, or to call them may delay the shipment.

How to receive your shipment

• Upon the arrival of your order please inspect all packages at the time of the delivery BEFORE signing the receipt.
• Upon the arrival of your order please open the TOP of the box and inspect the item(s). If there is any type of damage please note it on the receipt before signing.

Missing items policy

• Please inspect the merchandise immediately when you receive it.
• Shortages or damages should be reported as soon as possible.
• Please report within 7 days.
• We cannot honor any complaints on visible defects after the product has been cut or installed.
• In the event that all material was not delivered, please call us immediately at 844-438-7674. It is important to mark on your delivery receipt or bill of lading at the time of delivery any missing parts or boxes.
• If you believe you have received the wrong product please verify the item number of the item(s) you received compared to your order confirmation and/or invoice. If the item number does NOT match, please REFUSE this delivery and contact us at 844-438-7674.

Freight claim policy

• All claims for shortage/deduction must be made within 3 days of receiving products.
• In order for your claim to be processed in a timely manner you must: provide a brief description of the issue, provide pictures clearly showing the issue, include your contact information, and note your preferred resolution of credit or replacement.

Returns, replacements, refunds

How to start a return (RMA)

Contact cs@poshhaus.com or call 844-438-7674 to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products cannot be returned without an RMA number. The issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee a final refund as all returns are subject to our inspection.

Restocking fees

Returned products will be assessed a 15% to 50% non-negotiable restocking fee and associated freight costs depending on the returned item’s condition. Some items may be deemed non-returnable per their condition. For specific restocking fees that may be applicable to your Return please contact us at cs@poshhaus.com

Condition and packaging

• In order to be eligible for a refund, less shipping expenses, all returned merchandise must be in its original unopened, as shipped packaging with all parts, manuals and paperwork intact and unaltered. Items removed from their “blister pack” display packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
• Package all returns in an outer shipping carton to avoid defacing the original packaging of the product. The RMA number should be clearly inscribed on the shipping label. Include a copy of your invoice and order number. Insure your product with pre-paid shipping costs.

What is refunded

Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item. Items with “free shipping” offered will have the original shipping cost we paid for deducted from their refund. If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping to and from the address and these expenses will be deducted from the refund.

Returns due to our error

If the Return is due to our error, please contact us for a prepaid shipping label to enable you to return the product at our expense.

Discounted and as-is items

• All items offered at a discounted price are sold in "as-is" condition. Most of these items are still covered under the manufacturer's warranty, providing you with some peace of mind regarding your purchase. If you have any questions about the condition of an item or whether it qualifies for the warranty, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
• Please note that this is a limited-time special offer. Once these discounted items are sold, they cannot be purchased again at this price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Additionally, for items sold as-is and at a discounted rate, please be aware that returns and refunds will only be processed in the form of store credit. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our discounted offerings while still providing you with options should you need to return your purchase. Our natural stone slabs are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Natural stone slabs are products of the earth and are subject to natural variations in color, patterns, size, and shape. These variations are inherent in the beauty of natural stone and are not considered defects. We do not warrant that the color, patterns, size, or shape of our natural stone slabs will meet your specific requirements or that they will be uniform in appearance. Any reliance you place on our natural stone slabs is strictly at your own risk. In no event shall we be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our natural stone slabs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This warranty disclaimer applies to all purchasers and users of our natural stone slab products. By purchasing and using our natural stone slabs, you agree to the terms of this disclaimer.

Special order, non-stocked and final sale items

Special Order, Non-Stocked & Final Sale Items Policy. Please note that all Special Order, Non-Stocked, Custom, Made-to-Order, Replacement Parts, Service Parts, and Final Sale items are sold as final sale and are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-cancellable, and not eligible for store credit once an order has been placed with the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor.

This policy includes, but is not limited to, products from Pfister, General Wire, Franke, Kingston Brass, Gerber, Rohl, Stiebel Eltron, Hardware Resources, Amerock, Top Knobs, KCD, Cab-Tec, J&K Cabinets, Pioneer, Kindred, Richelieu, Olympia, Central Brass, DreamLine, Swanstone, John Boos, Wolf, and any other manufacturer or supplier whose products are ordered specifically to fulfill an individual customer request.

Any item that is not regularly stocked by PoshHaus, is sourced specifically for a customer, is ordered directly from a manufacturer or distributor, requires special procurement, is a replacement or service part, is custom-built, custom-sized, custom-finished, color-specific, finish-specific, configured, assembled, modified, personalized, discontinued, clearance, closeout, liquidation, showroom, open-box, display model, floor model, overstock, special buy, limited availability, or otherwise marked as Special Order, Custom Order, Final Sale, Clearance, Closeout, Non-Returnable, As-Is, or similar at the time of purchase shall be considered a Final Sale item.

Because these products are purchased, manufactured, configured, or allocated specifically for your order and generally cannot be returned, restocked, resold, or credited by the manufacturer or supplier, they are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, store credit, cancellation, order modification, price adjustment, promotional adjustment, order reversal, or credit card dispute based solely on dissatisfaction with the purchase after the order has been submitted or processing has begun.

Returns or cancellations will not be accepted due to buyer's remorse, change of mind, accidental ordering, ordering the wrong item, ordering the wrong quantity, incorrect measurements, incorrect specifications, finish or color preference, style preference, compatibility issues, failure to verify fitment, project delays, project cancellation, changes in project scope, contractor or installer errors, duplicate orders, delayed installation schedules, missed delivery appointments, refusal of delivery without an approved return authorization, products no longer being needed, dissatisfaction unrelated to a verified manufacturing defect, or failure to review product specifications, lead times, or manufacturer documentation prior to purchase.

Customers are solely responsible for confirming dimensions, specifications, finishes, colors, compatibility, installation requirements, utility requirements, model numbers, quantities, and suitability for their intended application before placing an order.

By placing an order for any item covered under this policy, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product information, understand these terms, and agree that the purchase is final.

The only exceptions are where prohibited by applicable law or when a product has a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage that is reported within PoshHaus's published inspection and claims timeframes and is approved in accordance with the applicable manufacturer's warranty and PoshHaus's claims procedures.

PoshHaus reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law, whether an item qualifies as a Special Order, Non-Stocked, Custom, or Final Sale product and to refuse any return request that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
