The JM-1000 packs a mighty punch in a lightweight, compact design. The pump and motor are conveniently and safely housed in a lightweight, rugged diamond plate case that can be stored or transported in the smallest of spaces. The water jet system uses the steam of high pressure water that attacks the blockage and flushes it away. Clear blockages of grease, sand, and ice from 1-1/2" to 3" lines with ease and precision. The pulse action of this unit helps the hose slide around tight bends and pipe corners to help further it down the line and to help eliminate the clog. The built-in Water Sensor locates the moving water and automatically shuts off the motor if water is not flowing through the pump to help protect the unit from damage. General Wire has impressed with this powerful trifecta (lightweight, compact, and easy on the wallet) unit.

I had a nasty blockage and bought the Home Depot Ridgid 6' knockoff of this unit. After half an hour of sweating and swearing, I had a destroyed knockoff. I returned the Home Depot POS, ordered the real-deal General, it arrived a few days later, and within 90 seconds my toilet was clear. Booyah!

This is a very sturdy easy to use product. I had bought a 20 one at Home Depot and it was to0 flimsy.

Awesome

This thing is a beast. We have a chronically slow and easily-clogged toilet. Last year I ended up having to call a plumber to get it unclogged. He came in with his professional auger and that the job done in about 30 seconds. I tried the cheaper $10 augers from Walmart and Lowe's and they didn't get the job done. Finally bought this thing and the clog was gone instantly. I paid a guy $165 to do this last year and look at me like I was completely hopeless. Now I have my own (for a lot less than $165 and a condescending stare) and no clog can get me down.

My kids like to flush down baby wipes

This professional tool has saved me at least ten calls to the plumber. My kids like to flush down baby wipes, clothes, and excess toilet paper. This snake takes some practice to master using the extension, and taking the slack out etc. It has yet to fail in clearing a severely backed up toilet. I almost skip the traditional plunger now, and go straight to the pro tool. Storing this may be problematic though, for sanitary and aesthetic reasons. I put it in a plastic bin and leave it outside.

Great product, pays for itself after one use

This auger is far superior to the bulb ended auger. It has a sturdy hook on the end allowing it to break up clogs and on occasion bring to the surface solid material that will never fit down a pipe. Cheap alternative to Roto rooter

Best tool to clear toilets , sewer traps

Problem solved in 10 minutes!

Had a serious clog that was not responding to anything I tried: plunger, baking soda and vinegar, various chemicals/enzymes...even a cheapo auger from the local hardware store. Nothing worked. I didn't want to spend hundreds on a professional. Ordered this product, watched a demo video online and wow, it worked on my first try. Thank you! You really need to watch a demo of an auger being used-I had no idea how to use it properly.

How to Receive Your Shipment (IMPORTANT)

Proper inspection at delivery is critical to protect your order and eligibility for claims:

Inspect all packages before signing the delivery receipt
Open the top of the box and check for visible damage
Note any damage, shortages, or concerns on the delivery receipt/Bill of Lading (BOL)
Take clear photos of any damage immediately

Failure to document damage at delivery may limit or void your ability to file a claim.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

Report shortages, damages, or issues within 7 days of delivery

Returns, Replacements, Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it (See Non-returnable/Non cancellable for exceptions) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or a replacement item subject to the following:
Contact cs@poshhaus.com or call 844-438-7674 to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products cannot be returned without an RMA number. The issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee a final refund as all returns are subject to our inspection.
Returned products will be assessed a 15% to 50% non-negotiable restocking fee and associated freight costs depending on the returned item’s condition. Some items may be deemed non-returnable per their condition. For specific restocking fees that may be applicable to your Return please contact us at cs@poshhaus.com
In order to be eligible for a refund, less shipping expenses, all returned merchandise must be in its original unopened, as shipped packaging with all parts, manuals and paperwork intact and unaltered. Items removed from their “blister pack” display packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
Package all returns in an outer shipping carton to avoid defacing the original packaging of the product. The RMA number should be clearly inscribed on the shipping label. Include a copy of your invoice and order number. Insure your product with pre-paid shipping costs.
Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item. Items with “free shipping” offered will have the original shipping cost we paid for deducted from their refund. If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping to and from the address and these expenses will be deducted from the refund.
If the Return is due to our error, please contact us for a prepaid shipping label to enable you to return the product at our expense.
