John Boos Pro Bowl Compartment Sinks come equipped with two bowl compartments and a left or right drainboard, which is available in different sizes. The professional kitchen sinks come in 16 gauge type 300 stainless steel with a # 4 polish, satin finish. All corners of the stainless steel sink, both vertical and horizontal, are coved at a 5/8″ radius to meet NSF Standards. The full length 10″ high boxed backsplash, with a 2″ return to wall at 45 degree and 3/4″ turned down rear lip, has an 8″ on-center holes for a splash mount faucet. NSF & CSA Certified._Overview Sink Bowl: 2 Compartment 16GA Type 300 Stainless Steel 12" Deep Fabricated Bowl All corners, both vertical and horizontal, coved at 3/4" radius to meet NSF Certification Bottom of sink bowls are formed for drainage and includes a 3-1/2" diameter die stamped opening. Sink Deck: 1 Drainboard (Available in LH or RH) 16GA Type 300 Stainless Steel 10" Boxed Backsplash with 2" return to wall at 45° and down 1" All corners are coved 1/4" radius, welded, ground and polished into a sanitary single piece. Stainless Steel Legs & Adjustable Bracing: Legs are standard 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tube. Legs attach to the sink with stainless steel gussets. Gussets include 2 set screws to lock leg into place. 1-1/4" diameter tubular bracing on front and sides to prevent interference with plumbing.
