Boos stainless steel countertops are made of 16 gauge type 304 stainless steel with #4 polish. They feature 1/4 radiuses on top edges & vertical corners, as well as 1-1/2" thick premium MDF underlayment with melamine backing. These particular countertops are 25 inches wide and 72 inches long.
