Very large, heavy, or bulky items (like bathtubs and appliances) as well as large-quantity orders, may require oversized freight delivery, which can add an additonal shipping charge. You may return most items within 14 days of receipt as long as they are in original, unopened packaging.Certain items are special-order and non-returnable.
If a return is approved, the refund will reflect: Full product value, Minus shipping charges, Minus any applicable restocking fees.
Orders that received bundle or promotional pricing will be recalculated at standard pricing if part of the order is returned. Any discount adjustments will be applied before refunding. Management reviews all cases individually.

The Saniflo Sanibest Pro grinder pump is used to install a complete bathroom up to 25 feet below the sewer line, or even up to 150 feet away from a soil stack. The Sanibest Pro grinder pump can handle the effluent from a toilet, sink, bathtub/shower and washing machine (indirect connection).
While most of the Saniflo pumps are macerators, the Sanibest Pro pump incorporates an actual grinder system. The Sanibest Pro grinder pump is ideal for situations where you do not control the use of it (i.e. rental units, offices, etc). The Sanibest Pro grinder pump is designed to deal with the accidental flushing of sanitary articles, such as: sanitary napkins, q-tips, dental floss, etc.
This is our most popular system by far for both residential and commercial situations.
